Since I don't train at a gym, all the equipment used for training is at my house. Luckily (I guess) I spent a lot of my money over the last few years collecting stuff that I thought would help me lose weight. The main problem was that I pretty much did not use any of it.

 

The House and furniture can be used just by itself - the floor, the stairs, cupboards, doors, doorways, chairs - all have their uses.

 

The Soloflex serves as a safer substitute for free weights, all routines can be done alone, as opposed to certain workouts with free weights that would require a spotter to avoid injury.
