Another Forum

A forum based on one persons fitness goals ==> John Stone Fitness

A massive number of posts here, and takes time to wade through them all. However the progessive prhots of his weight loss and muscle gain are interesting. The low tech list of equipment is worth checking out - you don’t have to spend a bundle.

Something to Aim For

A very serious training place in the United Kingdom. This video was sent to me as a joke by my trainer as - “This is what we are doing tomorrow!” :-) (It’s a big video, and may take a while to download)

Specializes in combat training as developed by Spatsnetz (Russian Special Forces)

Systema UK

I think I need to get beyond ten pushups.

(In Canada Russian Martial Art )

Found a Forum

This site and forum ==> Combat Fitness are nice - low key, but aimed at those with a bent towards military fitness and training. It’s fairly new, so the low numbers of posts make it less overwhelming than other forums.

There are also pages with good photos of exercise routines.
